My appeal was granted, and the Google Business Profile for my current job got reinstated. This appeal was an interesting process. After updating the business information, Google asks you to provide proof that your business is represented online in an accurate way that mirrors its physical presence in the real world. In order to prove this, I provided them with a utility bill and a business certificate that both verify the name of the business at the proper address. About a week after the documents were submitted, the business profile was reinstated. With full control of the profile I can once again do things like respond to customer reviews.
